With over 30 years of professional guitar experience and 15 years in songwriting and production, Luke Davis is a seasoned and versatile musician. He has performed alongside renowned artists such as The Viper Creek Band, Kristy James, Col Finley, Tori Darke, Georgia Fall, and Marty Worrall from Australian Idol. Luke has also opened for legendary acts including Dragon, James Reyne, Marcia Hines, The Choir Boys, Richard Clapton, The Radiators and had the privilege of performing with Adele.
Luke has been a staple in the Newcastle cover scene since 2006, performing with acts like Haze, Kadence, Funhouse, Dr. Zoom, KLD Duo, and City Beats.
More recently, Luke founded The FamZ Music Group, specializing in writing and producing music for film and TV. His work has earned placements on major platforms like the NFL Network, Hulu, Netflix, Paramount, and Discovery. Luke’s extensive song catalog is signed to various prestigious publishing houses, including 10 West Music, Imaginary Friends Music Partners, twoOHsix Music, and The SYNCollective.
A multi-instrumentalist, Luke excels in all string instruments, piano/keys, drums, and programming. He has built a state-of-the-art home recording studio equipped to produce top-tier, radio-ready songs.
Throughout his 25-year journey in the music industry, Luke has dedicated himself to mastering the art of songwriting, mix engineering, and production. Learning from some of the most respected producers in the field, his passion for great sound stems from a desire to transform mediocre mixes into extraordinary productions. Witnessing artists entrust their work and resources only to receive unsatisfactory results has driven Luke to become the best producer and recording engineer possible.
